CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellation by clients incurs inconvenience to both the trainer and other clients. Whilst we understand that situations happen, please note we require 24hrs notice of cancellation. Anything less than 24hrs notice and your session is forfeited at your expense.

Please be aware of the 24hr cancellation policy at the bottom of this page when making a booking. All training sessions and classes must be paid for in advance. Please note: You MUST be injury free, not currently "rehabbing" an injury, no chronic medical conditions and not pregnant in order to participate in group classes. If you have any chronic medical conditions, are pregnant, or have injuries you're currently rehabbing please call Mark on 0414 631383 before booking a session we have alternatives available. If you have any issues booking a class online please phone or email Mark as per the 'contact me' tab on the top of this page.

Check out the 'Special Offer' tab on the Home page for introductory specials. Unlimited Group Class Passes available - 3 Month contract $260/mth, 6 Month contract $220/mth. These passes are for those that want to do a mix of different types of classes and give you unlimited access to any available Pilates Reformer, Matwork, Gravity Strength and Yoga classes. *Strictly limited numbers available. **Terms and conditions apply. Refund policy

Fees paid for sessions or packs purchased in advance are NON REFUNDABLE after the initial 10 day cooling off period, except under consumer law or a proven case of medical emergency (Medical Certificate required) or family emergency that prohibits you from attending any future sessions. No refunds given if you change your mind. Pre Paid sessions are fully transferable to another nominated party at the client’s discretion and must be used within the existing expiry.

Meer & Abby cuddle policy

We understand some people have phobias. Meer is part of the studio crew, so if you’re not comfortable around dogs please let us know ahead of time and we can pop her in her crate. It’s not a problem : )

If you’d like to cuddle or pat Meer please wash your hands with soap and water - she can get sick if you use hand sanitizer :(
